Interviewing Jesus: the Man is a one-on-one conversation between the author and Jesus. Jesus’ life is revealed not as a theological archetype but as a man who walked the earth ripe with specific pressures and opportunities. The historical details of Jesus’ life, along with an examination of his family, his missing years, and the influence of John the Baptist are among the issues explored. New and intimate details regarding Jesus’ hopes, aspirations and influences are also revealed. Such themes, when investigated from an entirely different perspective – Jesus’ personality and the varying influences – yields fascinating insights.
The author centered his creative energies and insights onto a single subject in order to bring a new and fresh insight onto an ancient living tradition. He says, “I feel it is time to reevaluate Jesus’ life, times, and wisdom and draw him into the 21st century.”
