Dr. Lucy Morgan Edwards, Ph.D., worked on urban renewal projects in Kandahar and Herat, Afghanistan, for seven years at the height of the Taliban regime and remained in country for the first five years of the US-led intervention with agencies including the World Food Programme, Asia Foundation, UNAMA, International Crisis Group and as a freelance journalist for the Economist and London Daily Telegraph. Dr. Morgan Edwards has served as Political Advisor to the European Union Ambassador in Kabul, Afghanistan with responsibility for Security Sector Reform, Narcotics, and NATO PRT’s, and as Country Expert for the Chief Observer of the EU Electoral Observation Team overseeing the 2005 Parliamentary Elections. Her book The Afghan Solution: The Inside Story of Abdul Haq, The CIA and How Western Hubris Lost Afghanistan charts her first-hand experience of the failures of the post-9/11 intervention and investigates the indigenous Peace Plan for toppling the Taliban put together by renowned anti-Soviet era Afghan Commander Abdul Haq but fatally ignored by the West. Dr. Morgan Edwards’ doctoral research focused on how ‘Western Support to Afghan Warlords Between 2001 and 2014’ failed to take into account local concepts of legitimacy thus undermining peace and stability in the country. She has published and lectured widely on these issues at universities and think tanks in the US and Europe.

Attorney Charlotte Dennett is a Board Member of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry and an acclaimed Investigative journalist identified by Time magazine as “an expert in resources-based politics”. Her most recent book Follow The Pipelines: Uncovering the Mystery of a Lost Spy and the Deadly Politics of the Great Game for Oil [cover below] investigates her father’s mysterious death in 1947 following his top secret mission to Saudi Arabia to determine the route for the Trans-Arabian Pipeline and is based in part on declassified documents from lawsuits against the CIA. It reveals how feverish competition among intelligence networks, the military and Big Oil interests have fueled indiscriminate attacks and targeted killings that continue to this day and have contributed to the endless wars plaguing the Middle East. Ms. Dennett is also the author of The People v. Bush: One Lawyer’s Campaign to Bring the President to Justice on her campaign for Attorney General of Vermont on a pledge if elected to prosecute President George W. Bush for sending U.S. troops to Iraq based on a lie; The Conquest of the Amazon: Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil co-authored with Gerard Colby; and The Crash of Flight 3804: A Lost Spy, A Daughter’s Quest, and the Deadly Politics of the Great Game for Oil. As a Gold Star Daughter, Charlotte identifies with the 9/11 families and is determined to uncover the full truth about and gain true accountability for the events of Sept. 11th.

Richard Gage, AIA, Architect, has joined the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry Board of Directors and also serves as Technical Advisor. Richard comes to the Lawyers’ Committee after 15 years as the Founder and CEO of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. In addition to being the LC’s first onboard technical expert with his wealth of architectural experience and in-depth knowledge of the forensic facts regarding WTCs 1, 2 and 7, he will be partnering on a new cutting-edge 9/11 documentary film series ‘9/11: From Crime Scene to Courtroom’ and joining other Board Members for radio interviews and public appearances while also speaking and doing weekly podcast interviews as part of his new independent 9/11 mission at RichardGage911.org. The Lawyers’ Committee is excited about having someone of Richard Gage’s outstanding credentials and experience on the Board and looks forward to even more success in this new Chapter for the 9/11 Truth Movement.

Richard Gage, AIA is a member of the American Institute of Architects, founder and former CEO of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (now acting independently). As creator of RichardGage911.org, he continues to lead the charge toward a new investigation into the destruction of all 3 World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11.

During his 30-year architectural career in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gage has worked on the construction documents and construction administration for most types of building construction, including numerous fire-proofed, steel-framed buildings — including the $400M mixed-use urban project Summerlin Center, with 1.2 million square feet of retail, 320,000 square feet of mid-rise office space and parking structure, altogether consisting of about 1,200 tons of steel framing.

Gage has delivered his live “9/11: Blueprint for Truth” multimedia presentation more than 600 times in dozens of foreign countries and 110 American cities to audiences ranging from 100 to 4,000. He has been interviewed on dozens of TV shows and more than 700 radio programs over the 15 years of his 9/11 truth activism.
