With the “sudden” FOX dollar settlement of the looming Dominion lawsuit — literally, two hours into the beginning of the trial! — there was an immediate, palpable disappointment racing across the nation; that somehow, We the People had been “cheated” out of what most of us had wanted from such a public trial:

Not just “dollars” … but FOX forced to actually APOLOGIZE for its grievous “years of outright lies” about the Election; actual legally-enforced Truth telling in the Public Sphere ….

However, like me, other observers in the past few days seem to have been quietly revising their initial opinions of Fox’s ~$800-million-dollar-forced-settlement.

Bill Grueskin, professor at Columbia Journalism School, reflected:

“I dunno, I guess I’m less disappointed than some ….

“Just from an informational perspective, a trial would have been fascinating, and all journalists want more information. But, we learned so much … just to this point!

“And I think there’s a deeper level here, at least implicitly, of liberals, in particular, wanting to see FOX in court as some sort of catharsis, and [they are now] feeling they’ve been denied that. I get that. But I also think it’s rooted in some magical thinking about what the trial would likely have wrought. I don’t really understand this argument — that it would have ‘finally exposed’ FOX viewers to the lies they were told; the pre-trial shenanigans were already a huge story across the mainstream media, and yet, seemingly [they], didn’t cut through with the people [FOX viewers] who needed to hear it the most. Why would the [actual] trial have been so different?”

Why, indeed ….

Then — for reasons still unclear — FOX suddenly fires their “highest-rated network host”: Tucker Carlson!

Two family members were a great influence in Marvin's life. His great aunt, who was born in 1882, told him about King David and King Solomon. She also taught him about Presidents. His mother always offered encouragement regarding his studies, and she made it clear that leaders make a difference. Both taught him about the Holocaust while still in single digits.

His fourth and fifth grade teacher made history come alive. He helped students understand how to look at things like those who were there.

President Kennedy offered a history lesson in real time. Marvin watched his press conferences, State of the Union Addresses, and other speeches. But JFK's decision to go to the Moon--on the basis of fifteen minutes worth of spaceflight experience--captured his imagination. In fact, it still does.

Reading, listening to historians, journalists, and politicians has become a habit. It cannot be broken.

Marvin comes from a family that has served in every branch of the Armed Forces, although they are predominantly Army, as was he. Because American involvement in Vietnam was winding down, he was sent to what was then West Germany . Upon return to the States, he finished what he began overseas at University of Maryland University College and received a bachelor's in government.

Among other things, Marvin worked in a junkyard, a research firm doing work for the United States Government, and on litigation support projects as a document analyst, qc, member of the clean-up crew, and a team leader. His last job was in Massachusetts Veterans Services, which was through a Federal grant program.

Marvin is now retired and lives in Western Massachusetts. And his lifelong interest in history continues.

Georgia Lambert has over fifty years of experience in the field of Esoteric Studies, receiving formal training in Eastern and Western disciplines, methods and traditions. She was the first to be licensed by the State of California to teach Meditation and Esoteric Physiology, an experimental course she presented for 3 years at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.

In 1989, she became the first woman to address a Scottish Rite Research Group on the higher degrees of Masonry. In 1995, 1996, and 1997 she gave presentations to the Pacific Southwest Regional Conclaves of the Rosicrucian Order A.M.O.R.C., both in the USA and in Canada. In 2001, she was invited to participate in a “Think Tank” under the umbrella of an Aerospace Corporation on the subject of Science and Education, and her artwork was featured at the Education Summit for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In England, she has given seminars for the Scientific and Medical network at St. Katherine’s College in Oxford, and for the Wrekin Trust at Regents Park College, London. Her publishing credits include articles in the British Holistic Health Journal, Caduceus, and appearances on both radio and television.

Keith Morgan has been an Electronics Technician with ABC News in Washington DC since February 1982 and retired in July 2011. He has a BA in Communications from Howard University with a minor in Computer Science. He helped build Howard University's TV station, WHMM, now WHUT. He worked at WRC Channel 4 in Washington in 1980. Keith is the discoverer of what has been coined the Morgan Curve on Mars. He has researched the Mars anomalies since 1988 after  purchasing “The Monuments of Mars”. You can find Keith in Graham Hancock's book "The Mars Mystery", and Dr. Stanley McDaniel's "The McDaniel Report, as well as "The Monuments of Mars" second edition on, and "Dark Mission".

 He worked with Nightline with Ted Koppel. Keith  was instrumental in getting a face to face between Richard Hoagland and Ted Koppel. While at ABC he saw news casts, going to ABC affiliates, about inventors with technologies that could have got us off fossil fuels decades ago. Those were similar technologies that are just now coming into the mainstream today.  He also supplied the Nightline show with information which was used in various shows about Mars and Europa.

Keith thinks he now knows why the face is on Mars, and who is buried within, based on Sumerian writings over 6000 years old.

Anthony ‘Tony’ Shaffer reveals that the planned defense strategy for the ‘9/11 Five’ at Guantanamo including alleged ‘Mastermind’ Khalid Shaikh Mohammed by their Military Commission Defense Organization DoD attorneys is U.S. gov’t complicity, and that he knows this as he’s been approached as a potential defense witness.  The 9/11 related part begins at c. 14 min. in and goes to the end.  Shaffer headed the pre-9/11 Special Operations counterterrorism unit ‘Able Danger’ that identified and tracked two of the three cells that later became the alleged 9/11 hijackers and yet was inexplicably shut down immediately after Bush and Cheney took the White House.  What’s most important is what Shaffer doesn’t say:  that he and two other DoD Able Danger briefers told 35 counterterrorism trainees at Fort Huachuca in Arizona in July 2000 — See the Sworn Jurat Affidavit of Gregory Ford — that they had not only identified and tracked two of the ‘terrorist operative’ cells that were to become hijackers on 9/11, but that they ‘would‘ attack the WTC and select targets in Washington, D.C. within an 18 months time window, not merely that they were plotting to do or that they ‘might’ do so; i.e. Shaffer is a limited hangout Take special note in the Ford affidavit that the Able Danger briefers stated clearly in response to a question that as of then, July 2000, they had already briefed the FBI (as well as the CIA and NSA) on the ‘terrorist operative’ cells they were tracking inside the U.S. Yet Shaffer testified to Congress and still puts out publicly that the reason the govt/military (allegedly) wasn’t able to prevent the attacks despite Able Danger’s having tracked the (alleged) hijackers beforehand was because its attempts to brief the FBI were allegedly blocked by DoD lawyers.  Another critical part of the Ford affidavit is that the Saudis used Baluchs for suicide operations which is the key that links the ‘9/11 Five’ case at Guantanamo with the ongoing case against the Saudis by 9/11 victims’ family members, i.e. KSM is a Baluch as are five of his nephews who also were involved in the 9/11 plot; and Ramzi Yousef, who’s in prison for life for masterminding the WTC1 1993 attack ‘practice run’ for 9/11, is also a nephew of KSM and a Baluch, i.e. both the 1993 and 2001 attacks were ‘all in the family’ operations
