Joseph G. Buchman, PhD served as the moderator for, and key organizer of, the 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. He was one of seven persons who asked questions of the witnesses after he was invited to fill-in for Representative Hooley on the afternoon of the last day of the Hearings. PRG Executive Director Steve Bassett stated during the Hearings that Joe was, “The person who was chiefly responsible for this Committee coming together.” Dr. Buchman is currently creating an annotated, footnoted, “congressional-record-like” scholarly transcript of the “Proceedings of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.” In 2008 Joe ran for the United States Congress in Utah’s First District as the Libertarian candidate. Paul Davids is from Bethesda, Maryland, the son of a famous Georgetown University professor of American History, Dr. Jules Davids. Dr. Davids worked extensively with John F. Kennedy on the writing of PROFILES IN COURAGE (for which he is credited in the Preface). Jules Davids was a professor to Jacqueline Kennedy and later to Georgetown undergraduate Bill Clinton. Paul Davids is a graduate of Princeton University, where he majored in psychology and won numerous awards in writing. John E. Brandenburg is a theoretical plasma physicist who was born in Rochester Minnesota, and grew up in Medford Oregon. He obtained his BA in Physics, with a Mathematics minor, from Southern Oregon University in 1975 and obtained his MS in 1977 and PhD in Plasma Physics both from University of California at Davis in 1981. He presently is working as a consultant at Morningstar Applied Physics LLC and a part-time instructor of Astronomy, Physics and Mathematics Madison College and other learning institutions in Madison Wisconsin. Before this, he worked at Orbital Technologies in Madison Wisconsin, as Senior Propulsion Scientist, working on space plasma technologies, nuclear fusion, and advanced space propulsion.
