Jazz Trumpeter/composer CHRIS ROGERS has traveled the world as a featured soloist with Gerry Mulligan, Frank Sinatra, Mongo Santamaria, Buddy Rich, Chaka Khan, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, Lionel Hampton, The Mingus Big Band, Eartha Kitt and many other iconic artists.

His critically acclaimed album “Voyage Home” received 4.5 stars from DOWNBEAT magazine and was ranked among the “Best Jazz Albums of 2017”. Additionally Chris is a veteran freelancer in his native New York City who’s performed on countless studio sessions & Broadway shows including “CATS”, “Fosse”, “Kiss Me Kate”, “42nd Street”, “On Your Feet”, & Paul Simon’s “Capeman”. A life-long Star Trek fan, he recently fulfilled a childhood dream by becoming the primary orchestral trumpeter for the popular “Star Trek Continues” show!

Chris has closely followed the Enterprise Mission and Richard Hoagland for over 19.5 years – and is currently honored to be working ‘behind the scenes’ as an audio editor for the OTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT!
