  RCH’s Items: JOHN ANTHONY WEST IS TURNING 85 TODAY, SUNDAY, JULY 9TH!  Robert Schock on Facebook: Today (9th of July) is the 85th birthday of my close friend and colleague, the man who introduced me to the Great Sphinx (which changed the course of my life), a legend in his own lifetime — and I could go on and on — the one and only John Anthony West. I hope everyone will join me in sending him birthday well wishes. As you may know, he is currently fighting cancer. But, we hope he will soon regain his strength and be back to work (he, and he and I together, have so many projects to complete!). So here is to JAW!
