Stephen Bassett is the executive director of Paradigm Research Group founded in 1996 to end a government imposed embargo on the truth behind extraterrestrial related phenomena. Stephen has spoken to audiences around the world about the implications of formal “Disclosure” by world governments of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. He has given over 1000 radio and television interviews, and PRG’s advocacy work has been extensively covered by national and international media. In 2013 PRG produced a “Citizen Hearing on Disclosure” at the National Press Club in Washington and recently launched an initiative seeking the first hearings on Capitol Hill since 1968 regarding the extraterrestrial presence issue. PRG is currently working to see the ET issue included in the ongoing presidential campaign.

Dr. Joseph Buchman
Joseph G. Buchman, PhD served as the moderator for, and key organizer of, the 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. He was one of seven persons who asked questions of the witnesses after he was invited to fill-in for Representative Hooley on the afternoon of the last day of the Hearings. PRG Executive Director Steve Bassett stated during the Hearings that Joe was, “The person who was chiefly responsible for this Committee coming together.” Dr. Buchman is currently creating an annotated, footnoted, “congressional-record-like” scholarly transcript of the “Proceedings of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.”
Joe earned a PhD in Telecommunications from Indiana University (1989), an MBA in Finance from Purdue University (1983) and BS in Marketing from Indiana Univesity (1980). He is the author of material published in over a dozen college-level textbooks, a full member of the Society for Scientific Exploration, and has previously made presentations to the American Psychological Association, Boston, MA; the Broadcast Education Association, Las Vegas, NV; the Popular Cultural Association, Chicago, IL; the National Association of Broadcasters Las Vegas, NV; TED-x at Burning Man, Black Rock City, NV; as well as at the SETI Institute, Mountain View, CA; Sonoma Film Festival, Sonoma, CA; the Sundance Film Festival, Park City, UT; Contact In the Desert, Joshua Tree, CA; the Roswell UFO Festival, Roswell, NM; Starworks USA Laughlin, NV; and Starworks USA, Chicago, IL.
His life-long interest in ET, UFOs and humanty’s place in the universe began at an early age. In 1974 after winning a regional science fair for an exhibit on holography, Joe was invited to an “all expenses paid” tour of Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Georgia Lambert has over fifty years of experience in the field of Esoteric Studies, receiving formal training in Eastern and Western disciplines, methods and traditions. She was the first to be licensed by the State of California to teach Meditation and Esoteric Physiology, an experimental course she presented for 3 years at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.

In 1995, 1996, and 1997 she gave presentations to the Pacific Southwest Regional Conclaves of the Rosicrucian Order A.M.O.R.C., both in the USA and in Canada.
In 2001, she was invited to participate in a “Think Tank” under the umbrella of an Aerospace Corporation on the subject of Science and Education, and her artwork was featured at the Education Summit for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
In England, she has given seminars for the Scientific and Medical network at St. Katherine’s College in Oxford, and for the Wrekin Trust at Regents Park College, London. Her publishing credits include articles in the British Holistic Health Journal, Caduceus, and appearances on both radio and television.
Dr. Richard B. Spence is a Professor of History at the University of Idaho. His special interests include modern Russian, military, espionage and occult history and the history of anti-Semitism. One of his most popular courses deals with the role of conspiracies and secret societies in history. His major published works include Boris Savinkov: Renegade on the Left (East European Monographs/Columbia Univ. Press, 1991), Trust No One: The Secret World of Sidney Reilly (Feral House, 2002) and Secret Agent 666: Aleister Crowley, British Intelligence and the Occult (Feral House, 2008). He also co-authored with Walter Bosley, Empire of the Wheel: Espionage, the Occult and Murder in Southern California (Corvos, 2011). In addition, he is the author of many articles in Revolutionary Russia, Intelligence and National Security, International Journal of Intelligence and CounterIntelligence, Journal for the Study of Anti-Semitism, American Communist History, The Historian, New Dawn and other publications. He has been interviewed on Coast to Coast and many other programs and has been an interviewee/consultant for the History Channel, the International Spy Museum, Radio Liberty, and the Russian Cultural Foundation.”
