Dr. Robin Falkov

Dr. Joseph Buchman

Joseph G. Buchman, PhD served as the moderator for, and key organizer of, the 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. He was one of seven persons who asked questions of the witnesses after he was invited to fill-in for Representative Hooley on the afternoon of the last day of the Hearings. PRG Executive Director Steve Bassett stated during the Hearings that Joe was, “The person who was chiefly responsible for this Committee coming together.” Dr. Buchman is currently creating an annotated, footnoted, “congressional-record-like” scholarly transcript of the “Proceedings of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.”

In 2008 Joe ran for the United States Congress in Utah’s First District as the Libertarian candidate. His campaign announcement at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, following the 2008 X-Conference called for, “immediate congressional protection of whistle blowers and open hearings on federal waste, fraud, criminal activity and the E.T. issue.”

Joe earned a PhD in Telecommunications from Indiana University (1989), an MBA in Finance from Purdue University (1983) and BS in Marketing from Indiana University (1980).

 

 

Dr. Richard Spence

Dr. Richard B. Spence is a Professor of History at the University of Idaho.   His special interests include modern Russian, military, espionage and occult history and the history of anti-Semitism.  One of his most popular courses deals with the role of conspiracies and secret societies in history. His major published works include Boris Savinkov: Renegade on the Left (East European Monographs/Columbia Univ. Press, 1991), Trust No One: The Secret World of Sidney Reilly (Feral House, 2002) and Secret Agent 666: Aleister Crowley, British Intelligence and the Occult (Feral House, 2008). He also co-authored with Walter Bosley, Empire of the Wheel: Espionage, the Occult and Murder in Southern California (Corvos, 2011). In addition, he is the author of many articles in Revolutionary Russia, Intelligence and National Security, International Journal of Intelligence and Counter Intelligence, Journal for the Study of Anti-Semitism, American Communist History, The Historian, New Dawn and other publications.  He has been interviewed on Coast to Coast and many other programs and has been an interviewee/consultant for the History Channel, the International Spy Museum, Radio Liberty, and the Russian Cultural Foundation.
