This week, we have TWO ongoing “Martian mysteries” to grapple with — surrounding the continuing unmanned Perseverance mission.

The first: “why” has the pioneering “Ingenuity helicopter flight” — originally rescheduled for last Sunday — now been postponed … TWICE?

Yes, I know what the NASA “explanation” is:

That a “computer timing error” caused a “safety hold” on the attempt to spin the helicopter’s rotors up to full speed, abruptly cutting short a critical “pre-flight rotor test” before the attempted first flight ….

But, is that the REAL explanation for the continuing Ingenuity delays?

Or … could it be that JPL suddenly “discovered” that something was “wrong” about the atmosphere of Mars itself … as we’ve been pointing out, week after week …?

Mystery number two:

Why has NASA continued to say NOTHING about its astonishing confirmation (after we brought it to JPL’s attention, through this very radio program!) of “an ancient glass DOME” … stretching over Percy’s landing site, the ~30-mile-wide Jezero Crater!?

What are they waiting for … the Chinese, after they land, getting to tell the world first!?

And, are both “Martian puzzles”…somehow … connected?

Join us tonight — as we attempt to provide more scientific answers to the continuing, “extraordinary mysteries of Perceverance ….”

Timothy Saunders

Website: www.tsyd.com

Timothy Saunders is a British national who grew-up near to the south coast of the United Kingdom. Positively influenced by the nearby yachting and shipping scene, he chose his ideal career path at the age of ‘ten’ when he decided to become a yacht designer. He studied Industrial Design at the coveted Coventry University and is fortunate to have been chosen by many of the world’s highly revered yacht Design Studios to work on an array of live projects of different sizes, styles and uses, during what he affectionately calls his apprenticeship years. In 1999 Timothy established his independent Design Studio and rapidly became involved in originating a new generation of Super and Megayachts ranging in size from 9-270m (30-886 ft), which gained increasing positive notoriety while exhibiting his work at the Monaco Yacht Show and other prestigious venues. Timothy will see the launch of a 90m Megayacht and a 50m Super Sail yacht later this year and says, “it is very rewarding to breathe life into these innovative projects which are ultimately positive reflections of each satisfied Owner”. Timothy Saunders Yacht Design LTD continues to evolve and develop multiple iconic custom Super and Megayacht projects for local and international clients.

Robert Harrison

Website Cydonia Quest

Bob is a keen investor and after achieving his dream of financial independence decided to “retire” from the rat race in 2010. As a “child of the Space Age”, Bob was fascinated by space exploration and speculations about extra-terrestrial life from an early age. These have continued to be interests for him. Dr. Carl Sagan’s early speculations about the possible artificiality of the “Elysium Pyramids” on Mars have had a long term impact on his thinking.

In June 2000 Bob began the Cydonia Quest website as a personal exploration of the evidence for very ancient ET ruins in our Solar System. To date the research has mostly concentrated on Mars, and especially Cydonia. The website was inspired by the work of Richard C. Hoagland and his many collaborators in this field. Cydonia Quest is intended to be an additional resource to Hoagland’s own popular Enterprise Mission (TEM) website. It has also explored some of TEM’s more “out there” theories.

Keith  was instrumental in getting a face to face between Richard Hoagland and Ted Koppel. He also supplied the show with information which was used in various shows about Mars and Europa. Keith thinks he now knows why the face is on Mars, and who is buried within, based on Sumerian writings over 6000 years old.

Ron Gerbron

Member of the Enterprise Mission Imaging Team

Ron is a proudly uncredentialed polymath with a deep interest in the study of archeology, especially Martian archeology. Ron was raised on a farm in Pennsylvania collecting arrowheads as a child.  He found the programmatic aspect of education too limiting after attending a famous Quaker school in PA. Ahead of his studies and his time, he attempted to contort himself into attending college; before he gave up on academia and left to travel overseas. Throughout all this time, he has focused his core attention on the metrology of our paleo history, particularly on other planets, and especially Mars.
